Service Description
You are scheduling a counseling session with one of our counselors. We are excited to meet with you. If this is your first appointment, your counselor will contact you, to get you set up with paperwork and answer any questions. Counseling sessions investments range from $100-$150 depending on your counselor: LPC-Associates -- $125 LPC -- $135 LPC-S -- $150 For virtual sessions you will receive a link from our HIPAA compliant system. Cancellation Policy
FEES (Mental Health Investment) Investing in your mental health is important. Clients may choose to use insurance (with some MRCC providers) and rates are set by your insurance company. Some clients choose to self-pay. Current self-pay session investments generally range from $100–$200 depending on clinician licensure and service type. Mental Health Investment fees are subject to periodic adjustment and current prices can be found on the MRCC Website and/or upon request. Clients will be notified in advance of any fee changes. If cost is an issue let’s work together to come up with an affordable option for your treatment. The American Medical Association has set 53–60 minutes as the standard for a psychotherapy session’s length. The per-session fee you agree to pay is to be paid at the beginning of each session. Cash, Check, and Cards (including HSA and Flex cards) are accepted for payment. You will be provided with a receipt for all fees paid via email. Telephone consultations over 15 minutes will be billed at $20.00 for each 15-minute time increment. A $100 (or full appointment fee if less than $100) cancellation fee will be billed to the client if appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled time (excludes initial consultation. Insurance is accepted by some, but not all counselors at MRCC, your counselor will let you know if they accept insurance.
