Stephanie Frost

Stephanie is a graduate student in Mental Health Counseling at Lamar University.

We are excited to have her as our Counseling Intern at MindRight.

 

A lifetime of volunteer work, a commitment to living out her faith, and a passion for helping others led her to pursue a career in mental health. She enjoys serving in her community and at her church, and has experience serving on the board of a local nonprofit organization. Stephanie is passionate about helping people of all ages build the lives they desire, offering compassion, encouragement, and insight.

Before entering the counseling field, Stephanie worked as a Registered Dental Hygienist for over 20 years, caring for patients of all ages. She particularly enjoyed helping individuals set and reach their health goals while reducing dental anxieties to create a positive and comfortable experience.

Stephanie has been married to her husband, Ron, for almost 30 years. Together, they have two young adult daughters. After a fun adjustment period, they’ve come to love the empty-nester life. Their family enjoys serving at their church, traveling, and spending time outdoors. Stephanie’s heart for helping others and her dedication to lifelong growth are evident in both her professional work and personal life.
