How much does counseling cost if I don’t use insurance?

Private-pay sessions typically range from $100–$150 per session, depending on the counselor’s licensure and experience.

8240 Mid Cities Blvd, North Richland Hills, TX 76180. We serve the Mid-Cities area including Keller, Hurst, Bedford, Colleyville, and Fort Worth. Telehealth is available across Texas.

Do you offer online or virtual counseling?

Yes. We offer secure telehealth sessions so you can meet from home, work, or while traveling.

What should I expect at my first counseling session?

Do you work with teens and children?

Yes. We support teens and young adults with anxiety, ADHD, depression, school stress, self-esteem, and family relationships.

How long does counseling usually last?

About Sescelli

Sescelli’s path to becoming a counselor is one rooted in both education and real-life experience. After completing her Bachelor’s in Anthropology with a minor in Psychology at Texas A&M University, she initially pursued the forensic field before discovering her true calling—supporting people through life’s challenges.

She went on to earn an alternative teaching certificate and spent over a decade in education as both a teacher and campus counselor. Later, she earned her Master’s in Education with a focus in counseling from Lamar University.

This unique background allows Sescelli to deeply understand the struggles children, tweens, and teens face both in and outside the classroom. Parents often hear the phrase, “you just don’t understand” from their kids—but with her insight as both an educator and counselor, Sescelli truly does.
