We are thrilled to share some exciting news with our MindRight Counseling & Coaching family—Sescelli has officially earned her full status as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)!
This milestone not only celebrates her years of dedication and hard work, but it also means expanded opportunities for clients in North Richland Hills, Keller, Colleyville and the greater DFW area to access her compassionate, personalized counseling services.
About Sescelli
Sescelli’s path to becoming a counselor is one rooted in both education and real-life experience. After completing her Bachelor’s in Anthropology with a minor in Psychology at Texas A&M University, she initially pursued the forensic field before discovering her true calling—supporting people through life’s challenges.
She went on to earn an alternative teaching certificate and spent over a decade in education as both a teacher and campus counselor. Later, she earned her Master’s in Education with a focus in counseling from Lamar University.
This unique background allows Sescelli to deeply understand the struggles children, tweens, and teens face both in and outside the classroom. Parents often hear the phrase, “you just don’t understand” from their kids—but with her insight as both an educator and counselor, Sescelli truly does.
Who Sescelli Works With
One of the things that makes Sescelli so effective is her ability to connect with people of all ages.
Tweens & Teens: She provides a safe space for students to open up, helping them navigate stress, peer pressure, and the challenges of growing up.
Parents: Parenting can be overwhelming, but with Sescelli’s guidance, families can build healthier communication and stronger relationships.
Adults: Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, life transitions, or relationship stress, she brings both compassion and practical strategies to the table.
A Personal Touch from our Licensed Professional Counselor
Outside of the counseling room, Sescelli enjoys time with her husband and young child. She loves traveling and exploring new cities, which mirrors her curiosity and openness to learning from every new experience—qualities she also brings to her counseling approach.
Why This Milestone Matters
For our clients, Sescelli’s full LPC licensure means:
More availability for new clients in North Richland Hills and surrounding communities

Expanded services to help children, teens, adults, and families thrive
At MindRight Counseling & Coaching, we believe in walking alongside individuals and families as they work toward emotional health. Sescelli’s promotion to Licensed Professional Counselor is another step forward in fulfilling that mission.
Sescelli will soon also be accepting insurance including: Aetna, BCBS, Blue Cros Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Cigna, Carelon Behavioral Health, Horizon, Quest Behavioral Health, Oscar, Oxford, UMR, as well as several EAP's including United/Optum, Cigna, & Anthem
