About Stephanie
We are thrilled to introduce Stephanie Frost, our Counseling Intern in North Richland Hills at MindRight Counseling & Coaching. Stephanie is currently earning her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling at Lamar University, where she is expanding her knowledge and skills to serve individuals and families with compassion and purpose.
Stephanie's journey to becoming a counselor began with a lifetime of volunteer work, a strong commitment to living out her faith, and a passion for helping others led Stephanie to pursue a career in counseling. She enjoys serving in her community and at her church and has experience serving on the board of a local nonprofit organization. Her heart for others shines through in her calm, caring approach and her genuine desire to help people of all ages build meaningful, fulfilling lives.
Who Stephanie Works With
Stephanie works with children, teens, and adults, helping them identify goals, overcome challenges, and build stronger emotional health. She offers compassion, encouragement, and practical insight to help clients grow personally and relationally.
Children & Teens: Supporting young clients through anxiety, self-esteem issues, and life transitions in a positive, encouraging space.
Adults: Helping individuals navigate stress, life changes, and personal goals while building confidence and resilience.
Families: Offering a listening ear and understanding as families work to improve communication and connection.
Stephanie’s Approach to Counseling
Stephanie is passionate about helping people of all ages build the lives they desire. She blends empathy, encouragement, and solution-focused insight to guide clients toward healing and personal growth. Her professional background gives her a unique ability to connect with clients from all walks of life and provide a warm, judgment-free environment where they feel truly supported.
Before pursuing counseling, Stephanie worked as a Registered Dental Hygienist for over 20 years, caring for patients of all ages. She particularly enjoyed helping individuals set and reach health goals while easing dental anxieties and creating positive, comfortable experiences. That same compassion and attention to comfort now shape her work as a counselor-in-training.
A Personal Touch
Stephanie has been married to her husband, Ron, for nearly 30 years, and together they have two young adult daughters. After a fun adjustment period, they have come to love the empty-nester life. The family enjoys traveling, serving at their church, and spending time outdoors. Stephanie’s heart for service and her dedication to lifelong growth are evident in both her personal and professional life.
